Intelibly
Partner API

Getting started

1. Get credentials

Intelibly provisions credentials for each partner organization. There is no self-service registration. Ask your Intelibly Provider Relations representative, or use the contact form.

You will receive a client_id and client_secret for the Partner CSV Upload API, a partner API token for the Provider Information Updates API, or both. See Authentication.

2. Check the service

TerminalCode
curl https://app.intelibly.com/health

3. Exchange your client credentials for an access token

TerminalCode
curl -X POST https://app.intelibly.com/api/token \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "client_id": "'"$INTELIBLY_CLIENT_ID"'", "client_secret": "'"$INTELIBLY_CLIENT_SECRET"'", "grant_type": "client_credentials" }'

The response includes an access_token that is valid for about one hour, and expires_in.

4. Make an authenticated request

Download the CSV header template, which lists the columns Intelibly expects:

TerminalCode
curl https://app.intelibly.com/api/csv_uploads/template \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $ACCESS_TOKEN" \ -o partner_import.csv

Fill in the file following the CSV Template Field Reference, then upload it:

TerminalCode
curl -X POST https://app.intelibly.com/api/csv_uploads \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $ACCESS_TOKEN" \ -F "file=@./practices.csv"

A 201 Created response returns the upload's id, which you can use to list, download, or delete the file later.

5. Keep provider data in sync

Partners with a Provider Information Updates API token can poll for changes since a cursor timestamp. Each line of the response is one JSON record.

TerminalCode
curl "https://app.intelibly.com/api/changes?cursor=2026-10-01T00:00:00Z" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $INTELIBLY_API_TOKEN"

Save the latest updated_at value from the response and use it as the next cursor. See the Provider Information Updates API for the record formats and the daily SFTP alternative.
